1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of AI1 Salons ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and training services including but not limited to:

• Hair cutting, colouring, and styling services
• Nail care and beauty treatments
• Aesthetic treatments and procedures
• Wellness clinic services
• Wedding and bridal services
• Professional training and education courses

3. Booking and Deposits

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system, by phone, or in person. Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as advertised at our locations.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Cancellations by Client

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: 20% deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking within 3 months
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: 20% deposit is forfeited
• No-shows: Full appointment cost may be charged, and the 20% deposit is forfeited

4.2 Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.

4.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or reduce the service time to accommodate other clients. The full fee will still apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your health, allergies, and medical history
• Disclose any medications, skin conditions, or previous treatments
• Follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Notify us immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect

6. Medical Disclaimer and Consent

For aesthetic and wellness treatments:

• All treatments are performed by qualified practitioners
• A consultation is required before certain procedures
• Results may vary between individuals
• You must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments (or have parental consent if 16-17)
• Patch tests may be required for certain treatments
• You will be asked to sign a consent form before treatment

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction:

• We are not liable for adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant medical information
• We maintain professional indemnity insurance for all treatments
• In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 7 days to discuss remedial action
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of AI1 Salons and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs of our work for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your images used in our marketing materials, please inform us in writing. All identifiable client photos are used only with explicit consent.

10. Academy and Training Courses

For training courses and academy services:

• Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Deposits for courses are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another course date
• Students must attend all sessions to receive certification
• Course materials and kits are non-refundable once opened
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment (full refund provided)

11. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Unused balances are forfeited after expiry.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
