Founded with a vision to redefine the beauty industry in Worcestershire, All In One Hair & Beauty was created by founder Kerry Harkins, whose journey is built on passion, resilience, and people.

Kerry originally left school and qualified in hair and beauty, following her love for the industry from an early age. After having her children, she chose to change direction, building a successful career in childcare and going on to own and run nurseries. This period gave Kerry strong foundations in leadership, compliance, health and safety, and people-focused business management.

As her children grew older, Kerry felt drawn back to her first passion. Combining her business experience with her love for hair and beauty, she founded All In One Hair & Beauty with a clear idea — to create one place that truly offers everything, bringing together hair, beauty, and aesthetics under one roof.

Amy Leigh Evans was one of the very first people Kerry employed. Starting as Salon Manager, Amy's dedication, industry expertise, and shared values quickly became integral to the business. Working closely together, Kerry and Amy grew the business from its early beginnings into what it is today, with Amy naturally becoming a Business Partner as a result of their strong working relationship.

To further strengthen the business, Nicola Evans, Amy's mother, joined the leadership team. With over 20 years' experience in accounting, alongside specialist skills in auditing and compliance, Nicola completed the partnership. Her expertise enabled the business to build a robust, compliance-led framework across all locations.

This strong foundation has allowed All In One Hair & Beauty to operate to the highest standards, supporting full CQC registration for all aesthetics and health and wellness clinics.

Today, the business has grown from a single-location vision into a thriving multi-location brand, serving thousands of satisfied clients. While staying true to its original concept, it has continued to evolve and now also offers extensive wellness services, including health testing and screening.
